Moira Leigh Dinkins

Moira Leigh Dinkins is a dedicated scholar who will graduate from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. Throughout her academic journey, Moira demonstrated a profound passion for unraveling the complexities of the human brain and understanding the mechanisms behind neurological processes.

During her time at Boston College, Moira actively engaged in research projects, collaborated with esteemed faculty members, and contributed to the academic community through her insightful inquiries and discoveries. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her intellectual curiosity, has paved the way for a promising future in the field of neuroscience.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Moira is known for her compassion, leadership, and dedication to making a positive impact in the world. As a student she began, and currently works, as an EMT for a private ambulance company in the Boston metro area, she was a member of Boston College EMS, a resident assistant where she won the RA of the year award in 2023 and is an active member of her campus Christian Life community. With a strong foundation in neuroscience and a drive to address pressing issues in healthcare and research, she is poised to embark on a journey of continued growth and innovation.

She begins her career as a medical assistant with a Dermatologist. Over the next year she is applying to medical school where she plans to become a physician.
